Accuform Tags By-The-Roll allow you to keep a large quantity of lockout tags readily available. OSHA's standard on the Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout), found in Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910.147, explains the steps employers must take to prevent accidents associated with hazardous energy. Accuform helps make it easier for you to comply with OSHA regulations* by allowing you to keep your lockout tags neat, nearby, and portable.

Connected Tags Rolled into a Dispenser
Accuform Tags By-The-Roll are tear & water resistant, made of 10 mil PF-Cardstock, will not rip or break down in moisture. Ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor exposure. Surface is scuff-resistant.
Each tag measures 6 1/4" x 3" with a 3/8" hole. Tags are printed on both sides. Each tag easily tears off the roll, leaving the next ready for use when required.
Tags By-The-Roll are also available as General Safety tags and Inspection and Status Record Tags.*Ties available separately Part Number PTW100PK.
